It really is, all about attitude. How our day has been, what life is like or what life should be like. How other people are viewed and how we see ourselves with them. We are usually our own worst enemies, failing to stop the negative spiral in our thoughts and self-perceptions. I understand as well as the best of us that life can be very challenging, hard, overwhelming, but to maintain a good attitude is the better way to go, for our own health (mental and physical) and for our families. It shows resilience and fortitude.
So, to help others with maintaining the right attitude, I thought I would provide some good examples!
