This person, "Patmos Pete" has taken it upon himself to be a ministry, claiming to be born again and denies the need of churches, which is contrary to the evidence in the Bible. The word "Patmos" is taken by him to symbolize his acceptance of Book of Revelation, by John the Revelator, who was exiled to the Isle of Patmos by the Romans. The one thing this person has not done was read my testimony of how I came to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which is simply saying I was spirit led to the Church. Since I have received spiritual confirmations that are now testimonies and witnesses that Jesus is the Lord (<em>1 Corinthians 12:3</em>), the restored gospel is true and of God and the prophet also. What many of these kind of self-assigned preachers do not see of me is when I entered the LDS Church, I too had issue about organized churches, thinking as many of them that they are corrupt and evil, but when the Spirit of God touched my heart and mind, over time, these issues about organized churches or of religion fell away to the truth. God requires his Church on the earth for work to be done and requires it organized, as he is an orderly God and not a God of confusion. The latter part saying that with over 32,000 Christian denominations, of which to join and each toting to follow them, which one then is right? - hence the confusion.

So long as God the Father and his Son Jesus Christ is at the helm of my life, providing to me the things I need for my salvation, I will not be misled and neither can a man with the name of "Patmos Pete" ever hope to swirl me away into falsehoods of born-again philosphies, for the Spirit of God is sure and his witness the rod to hold, that I remain with the Lord's only True Church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Amen

Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
